annie Theatre is an intimate Art Deco era theatre with performance and visual projection capabilities. The theatre features comfortable seating for 250 with superior acoustics, lighting and sound.

Named for local author, musician and arts educator Celina LuZanne Boozer, the theatre is a beacon for creativity past, present and future. It serves as a venue for musical concert performances and projected art films.

Sip a glass of wine on the adjoining terrace during intermission and enjoy the view of the historic cavalry stables. This outdoor hospitality space links the upper loggia and boardwalk by elevator and renders the theatre handicapped accessible.

Zannie Theatre is available for rent for accepted functions, either individual use or combined with any of the other Buckner Center spaces.
